As our corporate client, Eurobank EFG offers you money transfer and bill payment services without need to visit a branch office. You can register for this service at any one of our 120 plus branch offices by submitting the required documents.

As a registered user you will also be able to:

  • View account balance and turnover information
  • Execute domestic payment transactions
  • Print and view daily account statements
  • Sign groups of transfer orders
  • Import sets of transfer orders
Depending on your company’s needs, you can create multiple user accounts with different rights and optionally require transfer authorization by one or more signatories.

In addition to these services, you can also apply for IVR and e-mail account statements.

IVR (Interactive Voice Response)

Allows you to check your account balance and request e-mail using your landline or mobile phone by calling +381 (11) 308 10 12. Log on to the system using your user name and IVR Pin from the PIN mailer. If you forgot your PIN, please contact your nearest Eurobank EFG branch.

You can apply for this service by checking the option on your Internet Banking application form, or you can activate it later by visiting your branch advisor. The service is free of charge but phone calls are charged by Telekom Serbia at standard rates.

Statement delivery

You can check this service on the Organizations application form or, if you wish to activate this service only, by sending a Statement delivery request. Account statements are available in PDF or XML format.
