Register your own e-B@nking account free of charge by applying for Internet banking at any one of our 120 branches.

As a registered user you will also be able to:

  • View balance and activity details for all your accounts
  • View credit card balance details (Eurobank EFG cards only)
  • View loan details and repayment schedule (Eurobank EFG loans only)
  • Execute money transfers and pay your bills online (electricity, phone, utility bills)
  • Pay your loan installments
  • Pay your credit card loans
  • Perform exchange operations
On the application form you can specify one of two access levels depending on your needs:
  • View only
  • View and execute transactions
If you select “View only“ you will be able to view your account details only, without an ability to execute transactions, while choosing “View and execute transactions” allows you to view your account details and execute payments.

In addition to these services, you can also apply for IVR and Mobile Banking.

IVR (Interactive Voice Response)

Check your account balance by dialing +381 (11) 308 10 12. To log in to the system you will need your Account ID (CIF) and IVR Pin from the PIN mailer issued by the branch office.

You can apply for this service by checking the option on your Internet Banking application form, or you can activate it later by visiting your branch advisor. The service is free of charge but phone calls are charged by Telekom Serbia at standard rates.

Mobile Banking

Access your accounts from your mobile phone by simply visiting the following link:

You can use the same user name and password as in your standard e-B@nking software.
You can apply for this service by checking the option on your Internet Banking application form, or you can activate it later by visiting your branch advisor. The service is free of charge but data transfer is charged by your mobile operator at standard rates.
