  • How can I register for Internet banking services?
    To register for Internet banking services you will need to submit the required documents at your nearest Eurobank EFG branch.

  • Where and when can I use these services?
    You can use our Internet banking services from any PC that meets the minimum requirements and is configured according to instructions. Our services are available at any time of day or night from any PC with an Internet connection.

  • When I try to log on I receive a message telling me that my account is locked?
    For security reasons the system automatically locks your account after three failed login attempts. To reinstate your account please call our Euro PHONE number 0800 1111 44, option #6 or visit your nearest Eurobank EFG branch.

  • What should I do if I forget my e-B@nking password?
    If you forgot your password, you will need to fill out the Change password form and visit your nearest Eurobank EFG branch.

  • How can I cancel a transfer order that I accidentally confirmed?
    If you accidentally confirmed an incorrect transfer, you need to notify us immediately by sending a cancellation request to europhone@eurobankefg.rs . Your e-mail should contain: the reference number, payer account number, amount, and recipient account. Please bear in mind that we can only void transfers that are still in our system and have not yet been forwarded to the National Bank at the time of reporting.

  • My certificate is due to expire, how can I renew it?
    Detailed instructions for certificate issuing, revocation and renewal are available in our user manual.

  • I'm getting an error message when I request a certificate?
    Error code :
    80090023 – Card not personalized
    80090019 – Axalto CSP not installed
    1B6 - Internet Explorer not configured properly
    Error D - Internet Explorer not configured properly
    10851 – Wrong certificate request password
