Executive Board Member & Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Pavlovic was appointed the Member of the Executive Board and Chief Financial Officer of Eurobank EFG Serbia in August 2006. She is responsible for organizing, monitoring and controlling Finance and Control Division which consists of 5 departments.
Before joining Eurobank EFG Serbia, Ms. Pavlovic was an audit manager with the PricewaterhouseCoopers in Belgrade, responsible for performing the audit of banks and other financial institutions. She was in charge of the whole audit process from the planning phase, to carrying out of the audit and related reporting.
Prior to engagement with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ms. Pavlovic led a successful career at Ernst & Young’s Belgrade office, as the audit manager responsible for the audit of banks and other financial institutions.
Since her beginnings in Investbanka in December 1999 as the Plan and Analysis Department Associate, and over the course of her 10-year long career, Slavica was also responsible for a number of different projects such as: conversion to International Financial Reporting Standards, the merger of two banks in Montenegro (Atlasmont bank and Beranska bank). Also, she was involved in the project of introducing the system of internal audit in Nova Banka AD Bijeljina. Her engagement included wide formal and practical training on internal audit methodology as well as internal audit philosophy. Ms. Pavlovic holds a degree in Finance, banking, and insurance from the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade.
She is a certified accountant and a Member of Serbian Accounting and Audit Association; also a student Member of ACCA association. She is fluent in English.
