- Repayment term: up to 360 months (30 years) for loans insured at the National Corporation for Housing Loan Insurance
- Repayment term: up to 300 months (25 years) for loans not insured at the National Corporation for Housing Loan Insurance
- National Corporation fees: from 1.50% for credits in EUR (if you don’t have life insurance, the commission increases for 0.25%, if pladge is unregistred the commission increases for 0.5%)
